I am a registered dietitian-nutritionist and the creator/director of the Eat Smart Program. I created Eat Smart (now 10 Pounds 10 Inches 10 Weeks) after the birth of my daughter while I was working to lose the typical pregnancy weight gain. Losing the fat was not as easy as high school or college days and I struggled for a while. My struggles turned into many experiments with all sorts of fat-loss techniques that I had learned as a dietitian. These experiments were priceless, as I was able to pick what worked and mold them all into one program. My biggest realization during this time was that my mindset would make or break whatever I was working on. When my head was in the game, I was able to follow my current plan. If it wasn’t, all bets were off and I typically regressed.
Two years after my experiments began I had created Eat Smart. Soon after I began running in-person classes with a few colleagues. Every year I would edit and improve the program to constantly deliver a great product to our clients. If you work the program, trust me, it works!
